Exchange Policy:

Tranqui7ity offers an exchange policy, allowing you to exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Tranqui7ity1010@yahoo.com. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, a proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Important Notes:

   •    Exchanges are only accepted on regular-priced items. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

   •    Exchanges will only be processed within 7 days of delivery.

   •    Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
